RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to love everything you order from Fericire. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return Email us at fericireniglimited@gmail.com OR support@fericirestore.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items Personal care and beauty products (for hygiene reasons), sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

EU Customers If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason.
